 Welcome to the Famous Club Clothing web store. Please review the following  terms that govern your use of, and purchase of, products from our site. Please note that your use of our site constitutes your agreement to follow and be bound by those terms.

 

COVID-19 NOTICE

Please be advised all orders placed are subject to delays for processing and delivery and or delays on tracking update information due to the Covid-19 Pandemic. All orders are shipped via Canada Post / USPS.  An email confirmation will be sent to you once your order has been shipped. We at Famous Club Clothing will continue to try and satisfy each and everyone of our customers to the best  of our ability.  Please be patient with us during these unpredictable times as we also adjust to the changes caused by this pandemic.




RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS
RETURNS/ EXCHANGES OF ITEMS/ SHIPPING / DELIVERY
EFFECTIVE JANUARY 1ST 2021

All items purchased are final sale, thus we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for these items. This includes holiday sales, site-wide or product specific flash sales, and items purchased using sale codes. We will fix any mistakes made on behalf of the company.

*If the product you received is deemed defective your order is eligible for a return or exchange.

IF RECEIVED A DEFECTIVE / WRONG PRODUCT

We apologize for the mix-up and want to ensure you get the right item as quickly as possible! Feel free to send us an email at cs@famousclubclothing.com to notify us of the mix up. Please include your order number, name and email used on the order. Make sure to specify the concern: original product ordered as well as the actual product you received including the style/design, color and size. Please attach picture of the product(s) showing the mishap. Example: showing the defect, the size, or wrong item.

We will provide you with a 35% off discount code for your next purchase if you received a defective product. All wrong orders we send out will be corrected.

IF I FORGET TO USE MY DISCOUNT CODE


Unfortunately, our software does not allow us to adjust prices to finalized purchases. Once your order has been confirmed, it’s not possible for you, or us, to change it once submitted. Please ensure all your information is accurate before submitting your order, including your discount code.

Only ONE discount code may be applied per order.

This applies to Free Shipping discount codes.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Due to complications regarding the COVID-19 virus and social distancing practices orders may take 8-16 business days to process and ship. If your order takes more than 3 weeks to ship please notify sales@famousclubclothing.com. This policy begins 24 hours after your order is placed and processed.

For International shipping please allow an additional 10-20 business days.

Orders placed on the weekend and/or holidays may be processed on the next business day.

 

HOLIDAYS 

During holidays, closures and the current Covid-19 pandemic situation all orders are subject to a delay for processing and shipping.

 

THE PROCESS

Orders placed in the Canada & the United States are processed and shipped from our headquarters is in Toronto, Canada within 8-16 business days of the purchased date. During sales and Holiday Season, orders placed in Canada & the United States are processed and shipped within 15-20 business days of the purchased date. Pre-sale items are shipped based on the information provided in the product description page.

DELIVERY

You will receive an email from sales@famousclubclothing.com when your order has been confirmed. Purchased items will be shipped within  8-16 business days of the order, although most will be shipped within 6 to 10. Our headquarters is in Toronto, Canada. Please allow up to 3 weeks for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 3 weeks, please notify sales@famousclubclothing.com


ADDRESS CHANGE /CORRECTION
If you need to make a change to the shipping address on your order, please reach us directly by email at cs@Famousclubclothing.com within 24hours of purchase.



TRACKING INFORMATION
Tracking numbers will be provided once your order has entered the processing stage and soon after and shipped. Please allow 48/72 hours for the tracking number to become active. If for any reason you do not receive a tracking number within 15 business days (15-20 during Holidays ), please feel free to reach us at cs@Famousclubclothing.com



RATES
Shipping rates are set to a flat rate based on your country of residence. 

 


My order says delivered but I have not received it, what should I do?

USPS/ CANADA POST are responsible for the delivery of the package. In the event you are unable to locate the package posted “in-transit” or “delivered” we recommend contacting your local post office and provide them your tracking info.

Shipping Address Issues

Famous Club Clothing WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE for any shipping address discrepancies which includes lost, stolen, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments.

It is the customer's responsibility to provide the correct shipping address information. If the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase we are not able to make any changes.



DELIVERY FAILED

If your order is returned to our facility by USPS due to any address discrepancies you will be completely refunded.

If your delivery fails and contains a sold out item we will invoice shipping fee to reship your order to the updated address if requested. Alternatively you can receive a refund for the cost of merchandise.



Why is my order still in "Pre-shipment"?

Tracking numbers are sent to your email as soon as your order's label is printed. This means that the shipping process has begun and your tracking number will update as soon as USPS scans your order in. This does not mean your order is lost, it is not uncommon for an order to remain in pre-shipment for multiple days. Please only contact us about this if your order has surpassed the estimated time for shipment.

 

OVERSOLD ITEMS
It is uncommon but under the unfortunate circumstance that an item has been oversold and we are not able to ship said item with your order you will be refunded for the missing item and the remainder of your order will ship. If your whole order consists of that one item you will be refunded shipping also.

Are my items in men's or women's sizing?
All of Famous Club Clothing's  items, tees, hats and hoodies, joggers are unisex sizing.



PRICE CHANGES
Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.

The price your order was purchased and confirmed for is final. Prices will not be retroactively adjusted.



IF GRANTED A REFUND, WHERE WILL THE FUNDS GO?
Refunds are sent to the original form of payment. If you no longer have the original payment method you will be reasonable to reach out to your finical institution.


EMAIL SUBSCRIPTIONS

By subscribing to FAMOUS CLUB CLOTHING  email list/forms you're agreeing to receive promotional content such as sales, new releases, giveaways or any info we decide to share with you as a subscriber. Your information will never be shared and kept for FAMOUS CLUB CLOTHING use only.
